Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of its 
official subscription box, the Delta Box! The Delta Box is a tool to deepen 
our connection in the sisterhood and keep us fashionable and on-trend 
with the Sorority's calendar and initiatives. The Delta Box is for ALL Sorors
including new initiates and Delta Dears!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How does billing for the Delta Box work?

Billing is determined based upon your subscription type. Subscriptions are available for purchase on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually rebillable payment cycle. 

For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed for your first box immediately, at the time of your initial purchase. After your first box has shipped, you’ll start with our regular billing and shipping cycle. For the Delta Box Monthly Rebillable Subscription, we bill regularly on the first and ship between the 15th and 21st of each month. You will always receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you may follow your box's progress! 

For 3,6, or 12 month subscriptions you are billed upfront for the specified period, at the time of initial purchase. You will not see another charge until you’ve received all boxes. Pre-paid subscriptions will automatically renew by pre-paid period (3, 6 or 12 month), until you cancel your subscription or opt out of the renewal. You will be notified via email when your auto-renewal is around the corner and given the opportunity to opt-out of recurring payment.

Can you help me find my Delta Box?

We know how exciting the anticipation of your monthly box can be. The steps below are a helpful resource in the retrieval of your Delta Box. For the Delta Monthly Rebillable Subscription, we bill regularly on the first and ship between the 15th and 21st of each month. You will always receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you may follow your box's progress.

Please note the following when tracking your shipment:

New orders received before the 13th of the month will ship in the same month by the 21st. New orders received after the 13th will ship by the 21st of the next month.

• It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking information to update once your package has shipped. You can find your tracking by logging into your account.

• Be sure your billing information up to date. There may have been a problem processing your payment. If so, check your email for a message from us with steps on updating your payment information.

• USPS has governing shipping regulations with which we must comply. Our packages must travel by ground in accordance with USPS postal code. If you live outside of the continental US, it may take up to 3 weeks to receive your shipment.

• USPS systems may have updated tracking information prematurely. If it has been 3 business days or more since your package was incorrectly marked delivered, please email us at help@deardelta.com so we are able to investigate further.

How does your exchange or refund policy work?

It is our mission to ensure customer satisfaction. If we made an error packing your Delta Box, the exchange will be promptly honored free of charge to you. There are no refunds for Delta Boxes unwanted by you. All other full-priced items are eligible for exchange, store credit, and/or refund within seven (7) days of purchase. Please email us at help@deardelta.com for exchange and return steps. 

How does your cancellation policy work?

Although we hate to see you go, Monthly Rebillable Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by emailing us at: help@deardelta.com or directly from the customer dashboard. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. Yearly Rebillable Subscriptions can only be canceled within the first month, but we’re able to opt you out of auto-renewal at any time. You’re also able to opt yourself out of auto-renewal within the final month of your subscription.
